Cancellations made after confirmation will result in a $50 cancelation fee.

Cancellations made within 21 days of projected arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee plus a 25% penalty
on the total value of the reservation.

Those made within 7 days of projected arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee plus a 50% penalty of the total value of the reservation.

For extended stays (more than 7 nights): Any cancellations up to 30 days before date of arrival will result in a 50% charge of reservation total.

"No shows", changes and also cancellations within 48 hours or confirmed reservation will be charged 100% of costs.

Early departures are considered cancellation and are non refundable.
